  1. Short: Move and size a window from anywhere.
  2.  
  3.    The purpose of this program is to allow you to move or size a window without
  4. using  the  drag  bar  or  the  sizing  gadget. How? Press on  the configurable
  5. qualifier,  while holding it,  press  your selected  mouse button, and move the
  6. mouse.  You'll  see the  window  border  appear, and  you'll be able to drag or
  7. size it.

  9.    You can also lock the mouse pointer on the X or Y axis to help some alignment
  10. operations.

  12.    DragIt  only  works  on  2.0  operating system. It  supports the commodities
  13. exchange  standard.  It  also  supports  localization  with  locale.library and
  14. new style 2.1 (or 3.0) preference.
